At the 36th OMEP Conference, Dr. Feyishola Kadiri, Research and Policy Lead at Gender Mobile Initiative (GMI), will lead a panel discussion on school safety. Dr. Kadiri is a sustainability expert focused on gender equality and preventing violence against women and girls. She spearheads GMI’s system-change initiative aimed at creating safer and more equitable educational environments, free from sexual and gender-based violence. Her advocacy efforts have influenced policies like the Sexual Harassment Prohibition Bill, and she continues to work with governments and educational institutions to implement preventive frameworks.
