- Day 3 Highlights of the 36th Annual OMEP Conference
Day 3 of the OMEP conference began with an enriching excursion that set the stage for a day filled with learning and inspiration. Our first stop was at the Early Childhood Development Initiative (ECDI), where we explored an exceptional environment dedicated to nurturing young minds. The center offers thoughtfully designed spaces that support children’s growth through play and hands-on learning, showcasing best practices in early childhood education.
Our journey continued to Olumawu Schools, where we delved into the integration of technology in early childhood teaching. The sessions emphasized practical methods for incorporating digital tools to enhance children’s learning experiences, preparing them to navigate a technology-driven world.
We also visited the National Park, providing everyone a refreshing opportunity to unwind and connect in a natural setting.
The experience concluded with a vibrant gala night, filled with joy, laughter, and a strong sense of togetherness. It was a wonderful celebration that brought together all participants, marking a memorable close to a truly impactful experience at the OMEP conference.
